Role Purpose

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to support our key accounts, maximizing value from beqom's Cloud solutions and consulting services to enhance Customer Engagement and Experience. Your objective is to fortify our strategic alliance with clients and contribute to the sustainable growth of the business, ensuring long-term success and mutual satisfaction. This entails nurturing existing relationships and establishing new ones, serving as the main point of contact for all stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the global relationship between beqom and the account, aiming to remain a valuable and trusted partner over the long term;
  • Be responsible for developing assigned accounts and expanding beqom's presence and vision;
  • Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts;
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, advance them through the sales process, and negotiate closures;
  • Actively cultivate relationships with various management levels of key stakeholders across departments such as HR, Sales, Finance, IT, and procurement, while developing new connections as necessary;
  • Act as the representative for your customer within beqom, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their interests are met;
  • Safeguard existing business through diligent account management, a strong focus on operational excellence, and a commitment to understanding and supporting your customer's business and IT objectives;
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Delivery, and Product teams to present innovative ideas to your customer and convey complex value propositions;
  • Address customer concerns and manage escalations effectively;
  • Negotiate key contracts and annual license renewals;
  • Manage account administration and provide insights for accurate forecasting;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and enhance knowledge of both legacy and innovative beqom offerings.

Desired Profile

  • 5+ years of combined experience in sales and consulting services;
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating multi-layered relationships from C-suite to operational levels across various functions, including business, IT, and procurement;
  • Team-oriented individual with experience managing complex account governance and implementing effective account management frameworks;
  • Ability to develop and communicate a compelling account vision and unite external/internal teams to execute it;
  • Skill in articulating complex value propositions and the benefits realized;
  • Passion for solving customer challenges;
  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency towards customer needs;
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated individual requiring minimal supervision;
  • Proven consultative sales skills, including the ability to present a clear, concise solution ROI;
  • Experience in Financial Services or Human Resources is advantageous;
  • Experience selling to Financial Services or HR technology to enterprise clients is a plus.
