Job Summary

Are you a seasoned Project Manager who thrives on driving transformative change in dynamic environments? Reporting directly to the Director of Business Technology, you'll spearhead critical technology deployments that shape the future of our organization. Harnessing your expertise in Salesforce, you'll focus on sales, service, and other customer experience functions. As a driving force behind our technology initiatives, you will be at the helm of delivering and managing projects centered around the Salesforce platform and other cutting-edge business technology applications. Your role will have a direct and significant impact on our business results by ensuring the seamless and timely execution of interconnected projects and initiatives, thus realizing the strategic goals of our overall business technology program.

In this pivotal position, you will collaborate closely with business leadership, key business users, our dedicated business technology team, and system implementation vendors. Your mission: to meticulously document and communicate project requirements and scope to all stakeholders, set and adhere to timelines that achieve our desired outcomes, and ensure that every project remains within scope and on budget.

We're seeking a dynamic individual with a working knowledge of agile methodologies and SCRUM processes, and a proven track record in managing cross-functional work teams. The ideal candidate will possess a keen aptitude for grasping business technology applications, especially the Salesforce platform, and exhibit a high capacity to learn and adapt to new skills. You're a team player who is a proactive change agent with a hands-on, collaborative approach to developing, implementing, and sustaining best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management leadership and execute on projects, specializing in Salesforce and related applications, while managing development and delivery of project(s) on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner with business leadership, business technology team, Systems Implementation (SI) vendors, and IT team members to ensure successful deployment.
  • Develop project timeline(s) and scope in line with business case definition, set project goals and defining plans to meet those goals.
  • Maintain project timeframes, budget estimates, and status reports while managing both internal and external resources.
  • Track project performance and schedule adherence, coordinating team members and defining their responsibilities.
  • Conduct risk assessments for projects, organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
  • Lead project SCRUM or other agile-related processes and oversee change management.

Basic Qualifications

  • Business & IT strategy experience coupled with 3+ years of project management experience in IT-related field.
  • Experienced in developing business cases for technology initiatives with a proven background working with the Salesforce platform and/or managing Salesforce projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects using the Agile methodology, coupled with utilizing the SCRUM framework.
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen, exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Proficient in driving business results by forging strong, effective partnerships with key stakeholders combined with strong influencing skills at all organizational levels.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

  • Remote, US resident required, with minimal travel under 10%
  • US Citizen or lawful Permanent Resident
