Position Overview:

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a state government client. In this role, you will assist two Legal Counsels across different divisions within the Health Department. This position presents a unique opportunity to engage in a new migration initiative aimed at centralizing legal documentation for state contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile project documentation by collecting necessary information from the General Counsel and forwarding it to the Salesforce Project Manager to commence the document migration.
  • Establish and nurture effective relationships with management, legal stakeholders, and technical project team members.
  • Articulate technical concepts, information, plans, and procedures to both technical staff and non-IT business users.
  • Evaluate priorities and adapt flexibly to meet the evolving demands of the team.
  • Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Coordination or Project Administration.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements from legal professionals, paralegals, and procurement teams, along with documenting these needs.
  • Familiarity with business process flows.
  • Experience managing ticketing systems such as Jira or Confluence.
  • Proficient in developing MS Excel charts, graphics, pivot tables, and workbooks.
  • Experience collaborating across various technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of legal terminology.
  • Previous experience as a business analyst or working closely with a project management team.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $40 to $50, with variations based on skills, experience, and education.

Benefits:

Benefit packages commence on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. Additionally, employees have access to a 401K retirement plan with employer matching. Paid sick leave and other forms of paid time off are also provided in accordance with applicable laws.
