Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in various tasks from project initiation to completion.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining project files, schedules, and logs.
  • Conduct drawing reviews.
  • Identify vendors, prepare bid packages, and manage proposal submissions.
  • Draft purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
  • Facilitate the permitting process.
  • Distribute drawings and communicate effectively with subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Assist in reviewing and coding invoices.
  • Help prepare punch lists and closeout documentation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role, internship, or co-op.
  • Proficiency in relevant software systems, particularly MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously with strong follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
