Junior Client Relations Manager

As we continue to expand our clientele, we are in search of motivated entry-level candidates to become part of our energetic marketing and sales team in the capacity of Junior Client Relations Manager. Our primary goal is to assist our clients in fostering robust relationships with prospective customers, securing new business accounts, enhancing annual sales performance, and broadening their market reach.
Key Responsibilities of a Junior Client Relations Manager:
- Directly interact with significant business prospects to deliver compelling presentations and build lasting client partnerships
- Inform potential customers about our client's product offerings, promotional campaigns, and service updates
- Support clients in acquiring new accounts and managing market growth initiatives
- Receive mentorship from Senior Client Relations Managers to develop a thorough understanding of client marketing strategies, sales tactics, and team goals
- Examine sales agreements with clients, address their inquiries, and negotiate account growth by recommending suitable products and services for mutual advantage
- Engage in conference calls and on-site training sessions to stay updated on client sales progress
- Collaborate with fellow Junior Client Relations Managers, Sales Representatives, and Marketing Specialists to effectively meet client needs
Ideal Candidate Profile for Junior Client Relations Manager:
- Pursuing or possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
- 0-3 years of experience in roles such as Client Relations Manager, Sales Representative, or other leadership positions is beneficial
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to develop leadership capabilities
- Excels in fast-paced work settings
- Comfortable working independently as well as in team environments
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset towards problem-solving
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
