We are a New York-based food enterprise, dedicated to inspiring individuals to create a variety of foods and ferments at home. Our brands focus on providing accessible DIY kits for brewing, baking, and urban gardening, aiming to connect people with the joy of making their own food.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will collaborate closely with co-founders, creative teams, sales, and customer support to drive marketing initiatives that promote our mission and products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and nurturing a vibrant community of food enthusiasts and makers.
  • Developing and implementing effective product launch strategies.
  • Managing content calendars and timelines for diverse email audiences across multiple brands.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns across various platforms, including web content, email, social media, and partnerships.
  • Enhancing email subscriber segmentation and creating engaging email flows.
  • Analyzing marketing funnels to optimize growth from awareness to retention.
  • Creating cohesive cross-platform campaigns and content calendars.
  • Utilizing data to establish benchmarks and best practices across marketing channels.
  • Formulating a comprehensive strategy to drive quality traffic to our digital platforms.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the food or consumer packaged goods sector.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce on-brand content.
  • Strong email marketing capabilities, including segmentation and automation.
  • Experience with e-commerce initiatives, ideally using platforms like Shopify.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and contribute to various tasks as needed.
