At FarmSteady and Brooklyn Brew Shop, we are dedicated to inspiring individuals to explore the world of food and fermentation through our DIY kits. Our brands focus on a variety of products, from beer-making kits to baking and fermentation supplies, all designed to empower home cooks and makers. We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to contribute to our mission and help elevate our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture a vibrant community of food enthusiasts and makers.
- Design and implement effective product launch strategies.
- Manage content calendars and timelines for diverse email audiences across multiple brands.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives across various platforms, including web content, email campaigns, social media, and partnerships.
- Enhance email marketing strategies through segmentation and automated flows.
- Analyze marketing performance and optimize strategies for growth.
- Create cohesive campaigns that span multiple channels and drive engagement.
- Utilize data to establish benchmarks and best practices across marketing efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food or consumer packaged goods sector.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling content.
- Proficient in email marketing tools, particularly Klaviyo.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms, ideally Shopify.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to team efforts.
