We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Associate Director to lead our Live Event Sales and Partnerships team. As a key member of our media sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies, managing revenue pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our live event portfolio
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and event operations teams to ensure seamless execution of live events
  • Identify and pursue new revenue streams and partnerships to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in media sales, event sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
