Office Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
Van Pelt, Yi & James LLP is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and faxes.
- Provide administrative support to our legal team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
- Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Assist with special projects, such as data entry, research, and report preparation.
- Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
