Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and faxes.
  • Provide administrative support to our legal team, including preparing documents, making travel arrangements, and coordinating meetings.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Assist with special projects, such as data entry, research, and report preparation.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
