Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Elmington. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing general HR support on all HR functions, including employee relations, benefits management, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general HR support on all HR functions
  • Assist with employee relations issues as directed
  • Monitor employee eligibility for benefit plans
  • Review benefits with employees, process enrollments, cancellations, and changes
  • Manage open enrollment and the benefit election process, verify benefit billing accuracy, and process payments
  • Perform performance management as directed
  • Complete monthly insurance invoice reconciliations
  • Administer COBRA for group health plans
  • Coordinate, plan, and lead the monthly Safety Committee Meetings
  • Maintain all personal, medical, and FMLA leaves
  • Manage Workers Compensation process, claims, treatment, time off, etc.
  • Manage and distribute annual OSHA logs
  • Conduct monthly Welcome Aboard and Exit Interview calls/surveys
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • SHRM Certified Professional preferred, though not required
  • Three to five years of HR Generalist experience
Work Environment:
