About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the current and future needs of our organization.
  • New Hire Orientation: Coordinate and deliver comprehensive new hire orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Employee Engagement: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements
