About the Role:

  • Coordinate the creation of property information packages, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Schedule sophisticated meetings and conferences, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Update and maintain various databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Generate reports and assist with website updates, showcasing your technical prowess.

The Ideal Candidate:

We seek an individual with a strong background in providing administrative support to teams of professionals. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, along with a solid understanding of the real estate industry. Your ability to calculate figures, comprehend financial terms, and possess strong problem-solving skills will be invaluable in this role.

A Competitive Package:

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on location. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.
