Job Title: Certified Healthcare Support Specialist at First Connect

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Wayne Center. As a vital member of our care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our clients.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, assisting patients with daily living activities, providing basic medical care, and supporting them with their personal needs. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care and support
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administer basic medical care, such as taking vital signs and recording data
  • Support patients with their personal needs, including mobility and transfer assistance

Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience working in healthcare an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
