Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to identify, resolve, or escalate hardware and software issues across multiple technology domains. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring system alerts and adjusting workloads to ensure optimal performance
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner
  • Administering systems and ensuring compliance with established standards
  • Documenting procedures and training staff to ensure knowledge transfer
  • Participating in problem management and special projects
