Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist to join our team at LTIMindtree. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for generating reports and providing insights and recommendations based on data to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights and recommendations based on data to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Tagging Framework Development: Provide guidance to develop tagging framework and provide QA support to ensure accurate data collection and implementation.
  • Issue Identification and Resolution: Proactively identifies issues and recommends resolutions working closely with key business leaders to offer alternatives and enhancements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish reporting frameworks aligned with business goals.
  • Reporting and Dashboard Design: Design and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of digital performance metrics and trends.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance digital strategies.
  • Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Adobe Analytics recommending and implementing updates and optimizations as needed.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on Adobe Analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Technical Configuration: Hands-on configuring Report suite and Adobe analytics Variable configuration, managing classification, segment configuration, and pulling raw data.
  • Customer Communication: Should be good at communication and must have experience in handling customer queries over various communication channels.
