Job Title: Windows Azure Platform Specialist

Location: Bellevue, WA

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows Azure Platform services and development concepts.
  • Familiarity with analytical and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Azure certifications are advantageous; flexibility to work in varying time zones is required.

Additional Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Azure services and the Azure billing platform. This role involves direct support to customers via phone and email, with a focus on quickly escalating issues that require specialized skills. The ideal candidate will utilize their knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture to provide effective resolutions and proactive recommendations, while maintaining excellent documentation and communication throughout the process.
