Overview
As the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis at Identity Digital Inc., you will be instrumental in evaluating the financial health of our Registry division, with a specific emphasis on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. This position encompasses budgeting, forecasting, analytical support, and reporting responsibilities for the unit. You will develop forecasting models for revenue-generating initiatives, leveraging data resources such as our data warehouse and business intelligence tools to improve operational efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Create financial models tailored for GTM departments to facilitate effective budgeting and forecasting.
- Financial Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial analyses to derive insights on operational performance.
- Financial Reporting: Guarantee precise financial reporting to the leadership of the Registry.
- Data Analysis: Employ data tools to refine predictions regarding business performance.
- Financial Planning Software: Assist in the ongoing updates of forecasts and budgets.
- Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with business partners.
- Strategic Decision Support: Deliver financial insights to inform strategic initiatives.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA or CFA designation is preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Exceptional skills in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Capability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in financial software and analytical tools.
- Experience in team management is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Ability to collaborate across different time zones.
Compensation
The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $117,000 and $153,500, complemented by benefits. Additional compensation may include bonuses and long-term incentives. Actual salary will be determined based on qualifications, equity considerations, and geographical location.
