Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital trends and opportunities to provide innovative solutions to our clients.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation: Develop and present comprehensive proposals to clients, highlighting the value of our digital solutions.
  • Contract Management and Negotiation: Manage the contract process, negotiate rates, and ensure prompt payments from clients.
  • Revenue Tracking and Reporting: Track digital media revenue and pacing to annual goals, and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Client Success and Retention: Collaborate with our digital team to develop strategies to retain business year-over-year and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain productive communication with clients, internal teams, and management to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media, advertising, sales, and marketing.
  • Digital Media Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of digital trends and opportunities, including websites, SEO, PPC, display advertising, Google, YouTube, and social media.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Persuasive communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills, with the ability to handle complex sales situations.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation and Benefits

Hubbard Broadcasting offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $150,000 annually, plus additional commissions or bonuses. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
