Administrative Assistant Job Description

Atrium Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team in Fort Lauderdale. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executives and office staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, create reports, and manage office supplies
  • Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth project execution, including organizing project timelines and tracking progress
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to schedule appointments and coordinate deliveries
  • Support operational activities, including document management, filing, and maintaining databases
  • Compile data and generate reports related to financial transactions and market analysis
  • Conduct research to support decision-making processes
  • Maintain records, including contracts, leases, and agreements
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling and arranging venues, catering, and materials
  • Support marketing efforts, including creating promotional materials and managing social media accounts
Requirements:
  • Diligent and analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technically savvy with MS Outlook and Excel
  • Proactive and able to take on ad-hoc projects
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
