Job Summary

Hadassah Zionist Org is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to voicemails and forward messages to relevant personnel.
    • Manage and forward emails to appropriate staff members.
  • Event Planning and Coordination
    • Send meeting notices and track RSVPs.
    • Schedule Zoom meetings for staff and volunteers.
  • Calendar Management
    • Update and maintain the Hadassah Florida electronic calendar.
    • Share events with relevant staff and volunteers.
  • Document Management
    • Organize and maintain electronic files.
    • Create and send electronic responses from online registration websites.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Monitor open rates for email campaigns.
    • Provide findings to relevant directors.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Associate's degree or 2-3 years of equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and multitask.
