About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the US Foods Holding Corp. team as a Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and managing established and new customers, selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Manage deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Communicate and collect accounts receivable as necessary.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying prospective customers and leveraging market intelligence databases.
  • Stay up-to-date on market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales.
  • Drive motor vehicle to existing customers and prospects to ensure product delivery.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
  • Foodservice industry/culinary/restaurant management/hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build internal and external relationships and cold call to develop new business.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Competitive spirit and results-driven mentality.
  • Problem-solving ability/organization and negotiation skills.
  • Team up mentality to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office products - Experience using Customer relationship management tools preferred (i.e., Salesforce).
Education and Certifications
  • HS Diploma or equivalent.
Licenses and Physical Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license required & motor vehicle record must be in good standing.
