- Media Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in media sales, preferably in a broadcast television environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of media plans, the advertising marketplace, and key competition.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills to develop rapport with clients, anticipate needs, and negotiate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with commercial monitoring programs, such as Wide Orbit, and Microsoft applications.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
