Human Resources Generalist

Adriana's Insurance is seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including performance management, workers compensation, leaves of absence, and benefits administration.
- Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Coordinate compliance training and employee development programs.
- Support performance review processes and provide coaching to managers and employees.
- Assist with the administration of company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience in a generalist role.
- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
