Job Title: Key Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Executive to join our team at Stryker Corporation. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our key customers in the medical device industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including IDNs, regional collaboratives, and specific IDNs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and supply chain, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Stryker's products and services, as well as industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales and/or marketing roles.
  • 10+ total years of industry experience with historical success working cross-divisionally and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated performance in management and/or leadership positions.
  • Upper-level administrative and supply chain relationships, as well as prior experience with complex customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
