Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Culinary Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Completing all necessary documentation and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Conducting informative sessions with restaurant and catering teams to educate them on menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and distinctive flavors.
  • Engaging with guests, community members, company representatives, vendors, and local educational institutions.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection of management and hourly staff with the requisite skills to fulfill operational needs.
  • Performing additional duties as required to support business objectives.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with guests, management, and staff.
  • A solid background in hotel management.
  • Proven expertise across all kitchen departments.
  • Culinary education is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the hospitality industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the luxury hotel sector.
  • Experience in high-profile event coordination.
  • Extensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Experience in high-volume operations and menu development.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with associates, customers, and vendors.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and safety standards.
