About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Flagship Facility Services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the success of the kitchen.
  • Menu Development: Develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Food Production: Oversee the production of food, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stored efficiently.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of culinary professionals, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that all food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with vendors, management, and staff to ensure efficient operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of applicable culinary experience, with previous experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
  • Culinary school graduate or college degree.
  • Solid track record of success in previous management roles.
  • Active Food Handlers Card, as required by the California Health Department.
