Position Available:

Project Administrator

Work Environment:

Role Overview:

As a Project Administrator at DLR Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting project teams by managing administrative tasks once projects are awarded. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating with project managers and teams to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Overseeing construction documentation processes and maintaining comprehensive project records.
  • Managing consultant agreements, specifications, and field information.
  • Tracking addenda and ensuring all project documentation is organized from pre-design through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle confidential project information with discretion.
  • Assist Project Managers in various aspects of project and team management.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and creativity in problem-solving to facilitate project progress.
  • Prepare and coordinate documents for AIA contracts, client meetings, and project communications.
  • Support Project Managers with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry providing project support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and project information management systems.
  • Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint and AIA Contract Documents software.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Background in administrative support for commercial projects.
