Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our administrative team. This role operates within a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project documentation post-award, ensuring smooth coordination with project managers and teams.
  • Oversee construction documentation workflows, consultant agreements, specifications, and field information.
  • Track addenda and maintain comprehensive project records from pre-design to project closeout.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Brings 3 or more years of experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors, focusing on project support.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and project information management systems.
  • Exhibits strong typing skills at 60 words per minute.
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint and AIA Contract Documents software.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Background in administrative support for commercial projects.
