Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our administrative team. This role operates within a flexible hybrid work environment, allowing for a balance between in-office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide essential administrative support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation post-award, ensuring smooth coordination with project managers and teams.
- Oversee construction documentation workflows, consultant agreements, specifications, and field information.
- Track addenda and maintain comprehensive project records from pre-design to project closeout.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Brings 3 or more years of experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors, focusing on project support.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, and project information management systems.
- Exhibits strong typing skills at 60 words per minute.
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint and AIA Contract Documents software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Background in administrative support for commercial projects.
