Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and files both electronically and physically.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Work is typically performed in an indoor environment, in a medical/clinic setting.
  • Typical workweek; however, it may require some long days to meet periodic upturn in business demands or meet deadlines.

Physical Demands (including but not limited to):

  • Duties may include standing for long periods of time with frequent reaching, sitting, walking, twisting, stooping, bending, kneeling, and squatting. Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Employee may be required to pass a functional capacity test for this position.
