Position Overview

We are in search of a proficient operations leader to guide a team and assist a General Manager in achieving regional objectives. The ideal candidate exemplifies leadership, communicates effectively, and is detail-oriented, ensuring positive interactions with team members, guests, and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations, managing a designated portfolio of properties.
  • Build and nurture relationships with property owners through proactive communication, ensuring properties are well-maintained and cared for.
  • Achieve and uphold Vacasa's standards and metrics, including NPS and operational efficiency.
  • Manage the budget for your portfolio, adhering to established annual costs and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
  • Assist your team with escalated guest and homeowner issues by addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Representative during the onboarding of new properties.
  • Perform maintenance tasks as needed, including troubleshooting appliances and basic repairs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections prior to guest and owner arrivals.
  • Foster open and collaborative relationships with regional team members and upper management.
  • Provide cross-coverage support when necessary.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in using various hardware, including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Professional communication skills across all channels, including email and phone.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly responsive and dependable.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous.
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required. Frequent travel between worksites is necessary, and reliable transportation is essential. Occasional housekeeping and maintenance duties may be required.

Physical demands include the ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods, as well as the ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
