Work Schedule:

The Sales Department operates seven days a week, with hours varying based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborating with the Director of Sales to develop and implement new policies and processes aimed at enhancing business outcomes, customer satisfaction, operational efficiencies, and closing sales.
  • Fostering teamwork among Sales Management, Sales Executives, Sales Leaders, Client Relations, Contracts Processors, and all Administrative staff.
  • Overseeing the performance of Sales Managers and, by extension, Sales Executives and Sales Leaders, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Conducting morning meetings with Sales Managers, ensuring adherence to meeting formats and delivering impactful messages to Sales Executives and Sales Leaders.
  • Mentoring and developing Sales Managers through feedback, training, and skills enhancement to continuously elevate leadership capabilities.
  • Reviewing existing sales policies and providing necessary training and communication to Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Leaders to ensure clarity and relevance.
  • Coaching and empowering Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Sales Leaders to meet current business needs and prepare for future leadership roles.
  • Maximizing sales force performance through the application of established metrics.
  • Ensuring accurate completion and processing of all new contracts in accordance with current policies.
  • Supporting Sales Executives in closing sales and providing guidance on their presentations.
  • Adapting to changing business needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required to achieve Company objectives.
Qualifications

What qualifications are we seeking?

  • A minimum of 4 years of proven success in closing sales contracts with customers, demonstrated by high closing percentages.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic with both internal and external customers.
  • At least 2 years of experience supervising, training, and empowering individuals in direct sales.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated ability to effectively present and sell a business concept to prospective customers.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Hawaii State Real Estate License.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Take Over Sales Closer / Sales Leader within a vacation ownership brand.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
