Job Overview:
This role is designed to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative assistance to departmental leaders while facilitating the coordination of daily operational activities, including the documentation and analysis of data.
Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this position, the individual must competently perform the following essential duties. Additional minor tasks may be assigned as needed:
- Assist in identifying and resolving safety, service, and operational challenges.
- Generate, distribute, and manage customer service tickets on a daily basis.
- Maintain and disseminate departmental information consistently.
- Engage with other supervisors and managers regarding operational and dispatch matters.
- Compile and uphold various reports as instructed by the department head.
- Utilize software applications to oversee a range of tasks, including procurement, attendance tracking, safety incidents, and contract labor management.
- Support data collection and reporting necessary for incentive compensation programs.
- Assist with payment processing and other financial responsibilities as required.
- Contribute to the execution of operational projects as necessary.
- Communicate with clients regarding service-related issues as needed.
- Coordinate with team members about scheduling and work assignments as required.
- May enter and manage Service Machine SMART data on a daily basis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.

A. Education/Experience:
High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited) is required. No prior work experience is necessary.
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, or Other Requirements:

The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is competitive. This range represents a good faith estimate for this role.
