Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Community Relations Professional to join our team at Westwood Village. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with seniors, their family members, and other influencers to promote our luxury community and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Conduct community tours and host events to showcase our community's amenities and services
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present personalized care services and lifestyles to meet the needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and census goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven commission-based sales experience in the senior living industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence decision-making
  • Ability to understand and overcome objections to close sales
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems
  • Self-starter with a passion for sales and achieving goals
