- Loan Administration: Oversee all administrative functions related to the onboarding of new and renewed loans, including:
- Verifying the completeness of KYC documentation for new loans;
- Managing the crediting of loan application fees to the appropriate accounts, authorizing payments, and conducting quarterly reconciliations;
- Assisting Account Officers and clients in investigating any disputed account activities;
- Account Management: Handle all administrative tasks for opening new deposit accounts, including:
- Ensuring KYC compliance for new accounts;
- Facilitating an efficient interface with the Cash Management system;
- Assisting clients with check ordering requests;
- Supporting Account Officers and clients in addressing any questioned account activities;
- Data Management: Oversee the transfer of credit file and document data to the Imaging System.
- Loan Transactions: Manage the administration of all loan advances and repayments, including files for construction loans.
- Wire Transfers: Administer all manual wire transfer requests.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Collaborate with the Facilities department regarding equipment and supplies, and liaise with Deposit Operations, Loan Operations, and Credit Administration departments.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Account Officers.
- Proficiency in Loan IQ and FISERV systems.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office software suite.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills suited for a collaborative environment.
The anticipated annual base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000. Salary offers are individualized based on skills, experience, and business contributions. Our comprehensive rewards package includes eligibility for incentive compensation, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans with employer contributions, generous paid time off, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
