Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage VIP and influencer client strategies with an emphasis on innovative leadership.
- Share best practices within the industry with the team, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Create compelling client strategy presentations that showcase our vision.
- Conduct regular client communications, addressing inquiries and formulating strategies and solutions.
- Anticipate client needs and priorities across various projects.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of all facets of public relations and their interconnections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and shifts.
- Supervise VIP and influencer team members and their accounts, providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure that monthly client KPIs are achieved or surpassed, collaborating with the team to develop effective strategies.
- Oversee client documentation and ensure team accountability.
- Manage significant launches and press materials to uphold exceptional quality.
- Provide final edits on pitches and reports.
- Maintain VIP and influencer databases, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Align team projects to improve overall company efficiency.
- Actively seek opportunities to exceed both client and agency expectations.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in client management within VIP and influencer public relations in a fashion agency.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, demonstrating a successful track record of team management.
- Thorough understanding of the public relations landscape and its integration.
- A positive, proactive attitude is essential.
- Established knowledge and personal connections with key stylists, celebrities, and influencers.
- Outstanding writing and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-driven.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
