About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Collectors. As a key member of our Customer Relations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Process and investigate customer claims and resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues
  • Escalate complex customer issues to senior team members or management as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • At least 4 years of relevant customer relations experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace systems and Salesforce preferred
