Position Overview:
The role of the Account Supervisor at C&R PR demands a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in public relations, either within an agency or a corporate environment. Candidates with a proven track record of managing direct reports will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
The Account Supervisor will:
- Strategically oversee 8 client accounts with minimal supervision, establishing connections with key decision-makers and taking ownership of client relationships while tracking KPI objectives to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Secure high-profile media placements consistently through effective teamwork.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff, contributing to employee retention.

Major Duties Include:
- Leading strategy and daily campaign direction.
- Building and nurturing client relationships.
- Setting and monitoring KPI goals to ensure account health.
- Mentoring direct reports and participating in business development efforts.
An effective Account Supervisor is adept at managing accounts independently, ensuring success while adhering to the scope of work. They conduct regular meetings with both the team and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage account scope effectively to meet goals without overservicing.

Account Management:

Media Relations:

- Coach the team to expand their media networks.
Performance Monitoring:
- Ensure timely completion of monthly status updates to gauge account health.
- Collaborate with the team to develop annual KPI reports and showcase C&R PR's work.
Team Management:
- Guide junior staff to focus on high-impact work.
- Provide ongoing feedback and accountability.
- Assist in prioritizing projects to prevent burnout.
Leadership Development:
- Support senior staff in training and development initiatives.
