POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Special Services Employee (TEMP) in the role of Customer Relations Representative is responsible for delivering essential information and addressing inquiries from customers. This position plays a crucial role in facilitating passenger movement and assisting with fare media transactions at Metrolink stations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Provide accurate information to customers regarding services and schedules.
2. Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
3. Support the flow of passengers at stations to ensure a smooth transit experience.
4. Assist in the sale and distribution of fare media to customers.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication skills to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to handle inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of transit services and fare media options is preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position involves working in a dynamic environment, interacting with the public, and supporting the operational needs of Metrolink.
