Help Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide end-user support to the Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation's (BOR) IT enterprise. This role is responsible for providing operational support services to the organization, including remote computer support, owning, tracking and resolving IT incidents and requests, and fulfilling requests and resolving incidents within SLAs on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to evaluate approved security product capabilities and develop solutions. Additionally, the candidate must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
