Service Desk Analyst Job Description
IDR, Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team onsite in Denver, CO. This is a 3-month contract with potential to extend or convert. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of IT Service Desk or Helpdesk experience and strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Work assigned ticketing and chat queue
Respond to, diagnose, and support PC, server, applications, and hardware through discussion with users
Leverage knowledge base to improve and support first call resolution
Identify workarounds when needed and route more complex issues to the secondary and tertiary teams of support as required
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of IT Service Desk or Helpdesk experience
Extensive customer service and troubleshooting skills
Strong familiarity with personal computers
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
Tech Skills:
ITIL Foundations
Able to troubleshoot desktop issues
Customer Service Skills
Personal Computer knowledge
Help Desk knowledge
ServiceNow ticketing knowledge
Software Installation
Client connectivity - PingID, VPN, IP Softphone
In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems
Familiarity with O365
