Job Title: Help Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team at Eide Bailly. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end users in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline technical assistance and support to end users via phone, chat, or email.
  • Install, modify, or repair computer hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot computer systems and/or printer hardware issues.
  • Troubleshoot miscellaneous network and server issues.
  • Document end user queries, problems, and solutions.
  • Follow up with end users to ensure issues have been resolved.
Requirements:
  • Excellent client services and communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Understanding of a call center environment.
  • Basic knowledge of PC and printer hardware.
  • Motivation to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Associate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Previous experience with Microsoft products.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
