Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at Focused HR Solutions. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving software and hardware issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technicians
  • Document and track client issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Hours

This is a part-time position, working up to 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am - 6 pm.
