Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Help Desk Technician to provide Level 1 & 2 Help Desk (PC Assist) support services to end users consisting of senior management, attorneys, support staff, contractors, and associated systems for the Executive Office for the United States Attorneys (EOUSA).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Develop and maintain procedural documentation for IT-related processes
Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases for tracking purposes
Utilize ITIL best practices to manage IT-related tickets

Requirements:

One year or more of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
