Job Summary

Care Synergy is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist employees with IT-related issues and track tickets within the help desk software
Troubleshoot user access issues, software questions, and hardware problems
Set up and configure new extensions, move extensions, and troubleshoot phone issues
Activate and distribute cell phones and other individual equipment
Train new users on how to use laptops and tablets, downloading after hour's reports, encrypting files, etc.

Requirements

High School Diploma
One (1) year of Help Desk experience
Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 lbs.
