Sales Growth and Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Growth and Business Development professional to join our team as a Key Account Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for developing and growing sales to key customers in the USA and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of sales administrative duties
  • Provide quality sales service to customers, upholding SIA Abrasives values at all times
  • Initiate and organize customer visits and training, and provide technical support as needed
  • Create and implement national growth strategies to ensure annual sales targets are reached
  • Evaluate potential new customers and develop sales plans to meet or exceed goals
  • Monitor and report sales expenses and ensure compliance with company policy
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of sales growth and business development in the USA and Canada
  • Strong understanding of the private label and OEM markets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions within company policy
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and expense reporting
