Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction for the Bosch Group. This position requires a strong communicator who can build relationships with existing and potential customers through regular phone and email interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively contact C and D customers to identify new business opportunities and support the outside sales team.
  • Communicate with customers through outbound calls and follow up on leads to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Participate in product knowledge training to enhance internal sales capabilities.
  • Attend and support external sales teams at trade shows to promote Bosch products.
  • Directly interact with customers on pricing, quotes, and other related topics.
  • Work closely with internal customers to manage scheduled deliveries and shipments of customer orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to provide exceptional service.
  • Process customer purchase orders, requests for quotations, and other related documents in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the credit department to resolve orders on credit hold or exceeding credit limits.
  • Maintain electronic files of customer purchase orders, credit notes, and other relevant documents.
  • Prepare paperwork for the accounting department to facilitate credit issuance.
  • Work closely with assigned sales representatives to ensure timely processing of sample orders and provide basic reports as needed.

Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
