About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Corporate Social Responsibility to lead our philanthropic efforts and community engagement initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Experis and make a meaningful impact in the corporate social responsibility space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate social responsibility strategy that aligns with our business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement philanthropic initiatives, community engagement programs, and volunteer opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including non-profit organizations, community leaders, and business partners
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective execution of CSR initiatives
  • Develop and maintain reporting and evaluation metrics to measure the impact of CSR initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate CSR into our business operations and culture
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, philanthropy, or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading CSR initiatives and community engagement programs
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
