Key Responsibilities- Business Results: Manage and drive distributor and sales team performance to achieve sales out targets with identified gap closing.
- Performance Management: Responsible for distributor's performance and provide information on profile, work & not work, and opportunity for business review.
- Customer Management: Achieve KPI targets with identified individual action plans to deliver results.
- Strategic Finance: Responsible for Route P&L by implementing action plans based on key identified assignments.
- Market Development & New Business: Responsible for retailer census by monitoring effective routes and recommending.
- System & Process: Fully utilize AS&D system & information to develop performance.
- People Results: Coaching, work with/coach distributor's salesman team to improve capability, giving constructive feedback, motivating the entire team, and discipline management to deliver excellent results in assigned distributors.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in TT field sales and at least 1 year in supervisor position.
- Experience in distributor management best practices.
- Experience in international FMCG.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead teams and coach.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Result-oriented.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage change.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office).
- Mobility to work in upcountry.
- Good command of Thai and English (Speak, Read, and Write).
- Good presentation skills.
