Business Development Manager

The IT Service & Support Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting our AE Service offerings, having a familiarity with our legacy On-prem Business Applications, and an understanding of how to apply new products successfully into current customer applications. This role will work closely with customers through our sales channels in coordination with the Regional Sales, including our Distributor Sales, Resellers, Integrator network, and Engineering Teams in recognizing customer needs, promoting solutions, and making recommendations. To be successful, the Service Sales Consultant will be responsible for developing a good rapport with customers while working with our sales network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote our AE Service offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales, Distributor Sales, Resellers, Integrator network, and Engineering Teams to recognize customer needs and promote solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our legacy On-prem Business Applications and new products.
- Apply new products successfully into current customer applications.
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience.
- Experience in creating pricing proposals, negotiating terms, and managing the contract process.
- Credible experience selling to a technical and business audience, building trust and mutual respect.
- Passionate about thinking creatively and possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills to make complex contractual, technical, and financial details sound simple.
- Travel must be open to meet with clients.
- Experience building Playbook and Pipeline.
Contract W2 role for an experienced Tech Seller.
Base Salary (Draw) W2.
Commissioned: from 10% on lifetime Support.
Bonus on Managed Services.
