Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to lead our client service team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving client satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and approaches to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in account management, leadership, and business development, preferably in the medical education/communication industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, improving client satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong industry knowledge and expertise in medical communications, including regulatory compliance and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
